Shipping Costs 

Adventure Protection, Inc. provides various shipping options to meet your needs. The cost of shipping physical goods is calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method

We make every effort to ensure your products arrive in a timely and efficient manner. In some cases, you may choose expedited and priority shipping. The available options for your order will be listed during the checkout process.

Availability and Backorders

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders. While we diligently manage our inventory, occasionally, we may face out-of-stock situations due to unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, customers have the option to be notified when products are back in stock. Please note we do not offer backorders.

Digital Products or Online Courses

Our digital products, including videos, ebooks, guides, and templates, are available for immediate download from our website or through an email link. Please be aware that digital products may have an expiration date. For online course purchases, you will be enrolled in our learning management system. You will receive an email with your username, password, and instructions on how to begin your course. Online courses may also have an expiration date that is different from the end of the subscription. 

Tracking

We do our very best to provide tracking for all shipped orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will normally receive an email with a tracking number. There may be times when 3rd-party shipping companies do not provide you with a tracking number, in which case you can contact us to request a tracking number.
