Refund Policy


Please review our guidelines below for refunds on the different services and products we offer.

In-Person Classes

Payment is due at the time of registration to guarantee your spot in the class. If Adventure Protection, Inc. cancels a class for any reason, participants are entitled to either reschedule to another class during the current year without charge or a full refund of their fees. However, we cannot offer rescheduling or refunds. We have to pay upfront for range rentals, instructor fees, lunch, and supplies. We keep each class very small to keep you safe and help you learn as much as possible. When a spot goes unfilled, it not only affects our operations but also denies another individual the chance to participate. We do this as a labor of love to help women, and cancellations impact our ability to fulfill this mission.

Online Courses with a Flat Fee

For our online courses offered at a flat fee, you may request a full refund within ten days of making your payment or before completing the first lesson, whichever comes first. This policy is designed to give you a risk-free opportunity to experience our online courses.

Online Subscription Courses Billed Monthly

Our monthly subscription courses offer ongoing learning opportunities. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. However, to qualify for a refund for the current month, the cancellation must be requested within ten days of your subscription renewal date.

If you’ve paid in advance for a subscription (i.e. paid an annual fee), you’ll be refunded a prorated amount based on the total amount paid and the remaining time after the current month.

Digital Downloads

For digital downloads, including gift cards, guides, lessons, instructions, templates, etc., we are unable to offer refunds. Once a digital product is downloaded, it’s impossible to recapture any unused intellectual property. We encourage you to review all available information before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.


If you are not satisfied with a physical product you purchased, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened in their original packaging. We cannot process refunds for products that have been opened, used, damaged, destroyed, or abused. We cannot offer returns or refunds on any hazardous or flammable goods (i.e., primer, powder, ammunition).

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may wish to use tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Initiating a Cancellation or Return

To initiate a refund, cancellation, or return, please send your request in writing, including your receipt or proof of purchase. If accepted, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase and typically take 3-5 business days to process.
